I think more shadow on the face area would give it more depth.

Thanks for the feedback. You are right about the shading of the face, Max. The main reason is that the final printed version will have to be small (1/6th of a page), so I had to keep it "light" to avoid any blurry effect. Thank you again for your time and advice,
